Body Core (Virtual)
Dec. 8, 15, 22 and Jan. 5
9:30am – 10:30am
Ages: 18 and up.

About Virtual Classes
All virtual classes require an internet connection and access to a free-standing screen or monitor as well as speakers or headphones to listen to audio.
Adult Ballet is a friendly, welcoming class for adults who are new to ballet or who have some prior experience. The ballet virtual class includes a barre-style warm-up and free-standing exercises. I recommend having a chair or open wall surface to hold onto for balance and support during the warm-up.
Body Core is an intermediate-intensity, core-muscles-focused fitness class for adults. The Body Core virtual class includes a combination of exercises in standing, seated, and supinated positions. A yoga mat is recommended.
Class Length & Suggested Attire
Virtual classes meets online for weekly one-hour sessions. Clothing should be comfortable, non-obstructive, and support dynamic movement in all spatial planes.
Footwear: ballet slippers or socks are recommended for ballet. Socks or bare feet are recommended for body core unless you use doctor-recommended footwear or inserts.
My virtual classes are the exclusive work of my business, Brendan Behan Arts, and are not affiliated with City of Evanston.
SAFETY ADVISORY: Please assure that all obstructions are cleared from your practice area and that the surface you are on is flat, stable, dry, and free of debris while participating in virtual classes.
